A creamy, cheesy Hashbrown Casserole that’s perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for our golden masterpiece.
  2. Mix the frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, and melted butter in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, ensuring every bite is flavorful and delicious.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until hot throughout and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let the dish cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a crispy top, broil for the last few minutes of baking. Can substitute cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup for a vegetarian option.
