  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the shredded hash browns with melted butter and press firmly into a greased pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in shredded cheese and diced vegetables.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden.

Notes
