A quick and easy ground beef stir fry that combines protein, vibrant vegetables, and a rich sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully cooked through.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and continue cooking until tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the beef stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
