Delight in the sweet, smoky flavors of grilled peaches drizzled with honey, the perfect summer treat.

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves generously with olive oil.
  3. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and drizzle with honey.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh mint before serving.

Notes

Best served warm and pairs excellently with vanilla ice cream.
