Delicious and colorful grilled chicken kabobs marinated in flavorful spices, perfect for summer BBQs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 Bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 Onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Cut chicken into cubes and marinate with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill while your chicken is marinating.
  3. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread chicken cubes and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
  4. Grill the Kabobs: Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve Hot: Serve the kabobs hot off the grill!

Notes

Use any vegetables you like; soaking wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes beforehand can prevent burning.
