  • 2 slices of Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter

Instructions

  1. Butter each slice of bread on one side.
  2. Place one buttered slice butter-side down into a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer your favorite cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
