A refreshing Greek salad filled with vibrant vegetables, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese, perfect for summer meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cucumbers
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh veggies in a large bowl: cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and olives. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Crumble the feta on top of the mixed veggies.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
