  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for perfect baking.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Brown the meatballs in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
