  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Create the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they’re thoroughly coated in the marinade. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Rest the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
