Sweet and tangy grape jelly meatballs coated in barbecue sauce, perfect for appetizers or a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the grape jelly and barbecue sauce in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Arrange meatballs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with toothpicks as an appetizer or over rice.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
