  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the batter, followed by the mini marshmallows.
  9. Carefully spread the remaining brownie batter on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let the brownies cool slightly before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or refrigerate for a week. These brownies can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
