Crispy and flavorful garlic Parmesan wings baked to perfection, perfect for gatherings and game days.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, adding the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them, tossing to coat.
  5. Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and toss in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Pat chicken wings dry before seasoning for optimal crispiness. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
