Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
