Crispy, cheesy wings coated in a savory garlic and Parmesan mixture, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over them.
  7. Toss the wings to coat them in melted cheese.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before coating. Consider using pre-made garlic herb butter if short on time.
