Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion, carrots, and celery in a large pot until softened.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and heavy cream.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
