A simple and elegant garlic butter steak recipe that enhances the flavors of the meat with rich butter and aromatic garlic.

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Cook the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side, according to your preferred doneness.
  5. Baste the steak with garlic butter as it cooks.
