Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Season the steak bites. While the butter is melting, season the bite-sized pieces of steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak bites. Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Infuse with garlic. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Garnish and serve. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Allow steak to rest after cooking for tenderness. Use high-quality meat for best flavor.
