Quick and flavorful garlic butter steak bites, perfect for a comforting meal or to impress guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes (for heat)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Sear the steak bites, seasoned with salt and pepper, for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest.
  4. Create the garlic butter by melting butter and adding minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the steak bites to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and optional red pepper flakes before serving.
  7. Serve hot, either as a main dish or with side salads.

Notes

Let steak come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Customize seasonings to your preference.
