  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring often.
  4. Add the beef strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the beef and garlic butter sauce until well combined.
