Delicious fudgy brownies that melt in your mouth, bringing comfort and joy with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and stir in the granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream, caramel sauce, or sea salt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
