Delicious fudgy brownies sandwiched with your favorite ice cream, perfect for a nostalgic treat.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint ice cream (your choice of flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool the brownies completely in the pan.
  10. Cut the brownies into squares.
  11. Sandwich a scoop of ice cream between two brownie squares.
  12. Serve immediately or freeze for later enjoyment.

Notes
