A fun, colorful dessert that combines the joy of Fruity Pebbles with creamy cheesecake in a taco shell.

  • 1 cup crushed Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Taco shells
  • Additional Fruity Pebbles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed Fruity Pebbles with the melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Shape the cereal mixture into taco shells on a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until all is well blended.
  7. Fill the cooled taco shells with the cheesecake filling.
  8. Garnish each filled taco with additional Fruity Pebbles.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

These tacos are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
