A vibrant fruit salsa made with strawberries, kiwi, and mango, paired with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortillas for a refreshing snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 2 cups diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruits in a large bowl: strawberries, kiwi, mango, mint, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Brush each tortilla liberally with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve the fruit salsa in a bowl with the cinnamon chips on the side.

Notes

For a unique twist, feel free to swap out the fruits according to the season. Ripe fruits yield the best flavor!
