A colorful and delightful twist on a classic favorite, this fruit pizza combines a cookie-like crust with a creamy base and an assortment of fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup fruit glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust instructions and bake the pizza crust until it’s golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pizza crust evenly.
  4. Arrange the assorted fresh fruits beautifully on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Brush the fruit with fruit glaze for a glossy finish, if desired.
  6. Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For optimal freshness, add fruits on the day you serve.
