A delightful fruit dip made with cream cheese and marshmallow fluff, perfect for fresh fruit platters.

Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 ounces) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon orange zest or 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese until it becomes soft at room temperature.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff and beat until fully combined and light in texture.
  4. Incorporate the vanilla extract, mixing briefly to blend.
  5. Add optional orange zest or juice and salt to taste.
  6. Serve the dip immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a nuttier flavor, substitute vanilla with almond extract. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
