A refreshing and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and a sprinkle of granola or dark chocolate chips.

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola or nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring that it covers the surface well.
  2. Blend the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir until blended.
  3. Spread the Creamy Yogurt: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top with Berries and Crunch: Evenly distribute the mixed berries over the yogurt layer and sprinkle with granola or nuts and dark chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze Until Solid: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Remove the bark from the baking sheet, break it into pieces, and serve cold.
