A delightful and refreshing treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, sweetened honey, topped with fresh berries and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the berries, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips generously over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze the mixture for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. Break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
