  • 4 medium Heirloom or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into medium-sized wedges or halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Slice the fresh mozzarella into thick rounds.
  4. Assemble the salad by layering mozzarella and tomatoes in a bowl.
