Delicious and easy to make fluffy biscuits layered with fresh strawberries and drizzled with honey butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the milk and stir until just combined.
  5. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until it comes together.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1-inch thick.
  7. Cut out shapes using a biscuit cutter or glass.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare the honey butter by mixing honey and melted butter.
  10. Assemble the biscuits with strawberries and drizzle with honey butter.
