  • 1 lb white fish (like cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet by warming it over medium heat and adding olive oil.
  2. Season the fish with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the seasoned fish in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave until soft.
