  • Hot Dogs (beef, turkey, or vegan)
  • Buns (soft, fresh)
  • Hot Sauce (your choice)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Honey
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Chopped Onions (optional)
  • Chopped Jalapeños (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Grilling Station: Heat your grill or skillet over medium heat until it’s perfectly ready to sear those hot dogs.
  2. Create the Glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine your hot sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Grill the Hot Dogs: Place the hot dogs on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Add the Glaze: Brush the glaze onto the hot dogs during the last minute of cooking to caramelize.
  5. Toast the Buns (Optional): Place the buns on the grill for about a minute to warm and char slightly.
