Delightful croissant cups filled with a rich espresso cream and topped with melted chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 4 Croissants
  • 1/2 cup Espresso
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Create croissant cups by cutting them in half and placing them in a muffin tin.
  3. Mix espresso and cream in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Sweeten the mixture with sugar and vanilla extract to taste, if desired.
  5. Fill the croissant cups with the espresso cream mixture.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use day-old croissants for better texture. Feel free to experiment with flavored syrups or different types of chocolate.
