A velvety smooth fudge infused with the classic flavors of eggnog, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups chopped white chocolate
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan by lining an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing for an overhang.
  2. Cook the base by combining eggnog, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Boil to temperature until it reaches 234°F.
  4. Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until melted.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for best results. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
