  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Chop the eggs into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix everything together until the eggs are well coated.
  5. Add chopped fresh dill or chives if desired.

Notes
