  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Pork: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Sauté Garlic and Ginger: Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Wilt the Cabbage: Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix in Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil: Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
