A comforting and easy dish of beef tips simmering in a flavorful sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef tips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the beef tips, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  5. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the slow cooker, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
