A rich and creamy cheesecake featuring a delightful Oreo crust that is sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies (with filling)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crumbled (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Crust: Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and chill.
  3. Whip the Cream: Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  4. Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and stir in crushed Oreos.
  6. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Add the Topping: Sprinkle crumbled Oreos on top and gently press them into the surface.
  8. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve: Release the pan, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with chocolate sauce or whipped cream. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
