Instructions

  1. Create the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving dish to form a solid base.
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will add the necessary lightness to your dessert.
  4. Combine the Two Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is beautifully combined, maintaining as much airiness as possible.
  5. Layer the First Cream Mixture: Spread half of the creamy mixture over the prepared crust. Make sure it’s even, so every slice delivers a consistent taste.
