A simple and delightful lemon frosting that brings brightness to any dessert.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter by placing it into a mixing bowl. Beat it with a mixer until it’s creamy and fluffy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar gradually, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Incorporate the lemon curd and, if desired, the vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Frost your cooled cakes or cupcakes with the ready frosting.

Notes

For best results, ensure your butter is softened but not melting. Add powdered sugar if frosting is too runny.
