  • 1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic for an additional minute after the steak is browned.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream.
