Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Vegetable oil
  • Bell peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in soy sauce with minced garlic and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Prep the Vegetables: Prepare the vegetables by slicing bell peppers, chopping broccoli, and cutting carrots into thin strips.
