  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet or an oven-safe pan in the oven. Add the butter and let it melt.
