  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup crisp green beans, trimmed and chopped
  • 2 juicy tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or cilantro)
  • ¼ cup zesty vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Combine the beans and veggies: In a large bowl, combine the white beans, kidney beans, green beans, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and fresh herbs.
