Delightfully refreshing cucumber sandwiches made with creamy dill-infused cream cheese, perfect for picnics or afternoon teas.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • Bread
  • Cream cheese
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with dill, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese mixture on one side of two slices of bread.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on one slice of bread.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
  6. Cut the sandwich into quarters for easy handling and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, soak cucumber slices in salt for 10 minutes and pat dry before layering. Store leftover sandwiches in the fridge for up to 2 days.
