Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: Fresh peaches for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s perfectly hot when your rolls go in.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Prepare the croissant dough by rolling it out and cutting it into triangles.
  4. Spread a generous layer of peach preserves on each triangle.
  5. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on top of the peach preserves.
  6. Roll up the croissant dough from the wide end to the tip, tucking the filling inside.
  7. Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush each roll with beaten egg for a golden sheen.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before serving and optionally garnish with fresh peach slices.
