  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Herb Butter: In a bowl, mix softened butter, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the Turkey: Rub the herbed butter all over the turkey breast.
  3. Set Up the Crockpot: Place the turkey breast in the crockpot and pour chicken broth around it.
