Delicious crispy cups made from phyllo pastry and filled with seasoned ground beef or black beans, topped with ranch dressing and fresh tomatoes.

  • 21 sheets of phyllo pastry
  • 1 pound ground beef (or substitute with black beans for vegetarian option)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Cooking spray or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef with taco seasoning until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Prepare the phyllo sheets by brushing each layer with melted butter or spraying with cooking spray.
  4. Form the phyllo crusts by cutting into squares and pressing into muffin tin cups.
  5. Fill the cups with spoonfuls of seasoned taco beef or black beans.
  6. Add ranch dressing on top, then sprinkle with cheese and diced tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until phyllo is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These cups can be customized with different proteins and toppings. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
