Ingredients

  • New potatoes
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and gently add the new potatoes. Allow them to boil until tender (about 15-20 minutes), then drain.
  3. Once cooled, arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently press down on each potato until smashed.
