Healthy, crunchy, and flavorful roasted chickpeas perfect for snacking or adding to dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the drained chickpeas dry on a clean towel.
  3. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil and spices in a bowl.
  4. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  6. Cool for a few moments and enjoy.
