Delicious, crispy potato wedges seasoned with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for sharing or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure potato wedges are a similar size for even cooking. Let wedges sit for a minute after baking to help them crisp up.
